PERSOLKELLY and YouGov carried out an online survey with over 10,000 hiring managers and candidates across a wide range of industries and 12 APAC markets from 27 December 2019 to 6 February 2020, before the Covid-19 outbreak was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation. The survey explored the levels of happiness in the APAC workforce, drivers of happiness and potential benefits of a happy workforce, even amid the new normal.
