                  Job Scope

  • Manage entire account sets. Oversee daily financial activities, such as bank reconciliations, cash management, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Complete the monthly management and financial reports by the deadline.
  • Create audit schedules and respond to/coordinate with auditors' inquiries for statutory annual audits.
  • Ensure that financial statements and reports are prepared accurately and on schedule.
  • Complete month-end closing-related tasks within the allotted period.
  • Complete any other ad hoc tasks that may occasionally be needed.

Requirements       

  • Possess Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.)
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Candidate with 1 Year(s) - Junior Executive & 3 Year(s) - Senior Executive of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
  • Required Skill(s): Accounting system (e.g. AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledgeable in Property Development Accounting Standard will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Preferably candidates who are able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm)
  • Candidates must be willing to work at Laksamana Cheng Ho, Melaka
