Position: Temporary Data Entry (committed for 4 Months)
Working Location: 165, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Working Duration: 4 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Working Day/Hours: Mon – Fri (Flexible Morning Hours; 7AM – 4AM)| Saturday (If needed on morning session only - paid)
Expectation: Comfortable to work during PH,
Salary: Basic RM1,970 + statutory contribution + leave entitlement (Based on qualifications + Experiences)
Overtime: If required
Expected start date: June 2024

Job Purpose:
- The primary purpose of this position is to perform job related to data entry for Australia Financial Year End reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in extracting statements from Transfer Agents’ web portals.
- Assist in daily reconciliation of financial numbers.
- Data entry for unit trust financial processing and reporting.
- Able to work independently using team’s operating procedures and following controls as required for custody operations.
Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications:
- SPM Leavers/ Fresh Graduates
- Fluent in English communications (verbal & written)
- No experience required, including candidates who are on college semester breaks.
- Having intermediate MS Office skills; Excel.
- Willing to work on Malaysia public holiday or non-standard office working hours.
- Prefer someone with computer skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Ability to interpret data and organize information.
