KYC Operations Specialist (Japanese Speaker)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Center (Near Public Transport - Bus, MRT, LRT stations)

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) operations in compliance with regulatory requirements, including:
- Reviewing and verifying information to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contacting customers to gather KYC information and address queries.
- Collaborating with AML and Risk teams to stay updated on regulatory changes.

Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or online chat promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure smooth handling of customers' daily needs and timely issue resolution.

Demonstrate excellent service etiquette and skills to provide high-quality services to customers.
Requirements:
- College degree or higher.
- Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
- Fluent in written and spoken English or Mandarin.
- Able to work in the office.
