Order Management Specialist (Engineering)

Location                              : Temasya Industrial Park, Shah Alam
Working Hour                     : Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm   

Remuneration                    : RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month

Duration                             : 6-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Job Description

• Circulate Market Coverage System (MCS) Report Daily to sales team.
• Prepare report daily/ weekly / monthly as required ie MCS report, sales performance report, backlog realization, revenue & order report and other sales/order report as required. 
• Escalate Customer Order Acknowledgement Process (COAP) upon receiving Customer PO.
• Once COAP completed, to ensure order is entered in R12.
• In R12, verify the Spectrum Order and insert Approved Cost Budget.
• Perform Change Order in R12.
• Update Delivery contact & Delivery Address in R12 and generate customer DO.
• Generate Invoice a day later upon generate customer DO. Email the softcopy to sales team.
• Revenue recognition.
• Generate Debit Note and Credit Note.
• Generate Proforma Invoice and Purchase Requisition.
• Any other duties and responsibilities relating to order management for products with current system and processes or related amendments to systems or processes from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates from Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or any related field are welcome to apply
• Good with Excel & Powerpoint
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Responsible, Accountable and strong initiative for continuous improvement
