Position: HR Solutions & Services Specialist

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Contract extension based on business needs)

Working Location: Block F, Oasis Square, No. 2 Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (0800 to 1700)

Salary: Basic up to RM6,700 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

 

Role Overview:

The responsible for managing all aspects of local HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in support of the organization's objectives. This role involves overseeing HR administration, providing HR solutions, and managing country-specific services.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
  • Experience managing labor relations and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR, strong HR background
  • Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
  • Additional certifications in HR management or payroll administration are advantageous
  • Ongoing professional development to stay abreast of evolving HR trends and practices
  • English speaker

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Manage workforce administration, document management, benefits administration, regulatory reporting, vendor management, offer and hire process, onboarding, compensation administration, and payroll coordination
  • HR Solutions: Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws, manage labor relations, develop HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters
  • Country Specific Services: Address HR challenges unique to the country, collaborate with global HR teams, and stay updated on local regulations and market trends.
  • Hiring and On/off boarding process support including probation decision and fixed term contract management
  • Documentation support from Hire to Retire process, including job offer, labor contract, termination notification as well as reports to government (required to be prepared and handled locally)
  • Local implementation/verification of Total Rewards and Payroll processes and vendor management, working with SEA TR & Payroll specialist
  • Local liaison of TR/benefit programs and payroll process
  • In-country HR Service partner to local employees, working with Genpact Service Center (HRHelp)
  • Communication support for HR Solutions, regarding Trade Union
  • Vendor management/communication on behalf of Area CoE, including SAP payment
