  • Health & Supplement Retail Company
  • Handle more than 200 HCs of complicated payroll
  • Immediate Starter preferable
Responsibilities:
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Updating employee records/ information and maintaining proper filing system
  • Monitoring staff attendance and e-Leave system
  • Managing corporate insurance & medical claim
  • Training and development, applying HRD grant and submit claim
  • Organizing Company annual dinner and other gathering functions
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in all aspects of HR spectrum
  • Well-versed in labour law 
  • Good command of written and spoken English & BM
  • Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detail oriented
  • Knowledge of EPE payroll system an added advantage
