Job Scope:
a) Provides assistance and administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
b) Supervise the daily activities of the Customer Service Department.
c) Ensure that all owners & guest enquires are handling in a professional, efficient manner.
d) Provide world class service in the areas of tenant handling, information, eg: transportation, travelling, gourmet, building services and any other related.
e) To assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Admin. Department, specifically in the areas of Finance.
f) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager and/or its assigned Officer in supervising the day to day operations of the building;
g) To attend to residents’ feedback and to answer all enquiries.
h) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or it’s assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building;
i) To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in value enhancement projects of the building;
j) To ensure timely update on the residents’ records.
k) To attend to the renovations, moving in and out; and ad hoc servicing request of the residents and owners and ensure compliance to the building by-laws.
Basic Salary: RM 3500 to RM 4500
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur (Near to MRT)
Working Days: 6 days of working 1, off day
Working Hours: Shift 1 : 6.45am – 3.15pm; Shift 2 : 11.30am-8pm ; Shift 3 : 1.30pm -10pm
Requirement:
a) Candidate with minimum SPM/STPM with experiences in Customer Service or Building Management Industry
b) Candidate must be able to speak in Mandarin
c) Termination notice of employment with 1 month notice (preferably)
