Job Brief:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance our digital data products' usability and overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to conceptualize, design, and iterate on user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a keen eye for detail, experience in a B2B environment and the ability to translate complex concepts into elegant, user-friendly solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Talk to stakeholders to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user stories and requirements.

4. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, mostly for web (laptop/desktop).  Mobile (both iOS and Android compatible) experience is a plus.

5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

7. Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion a user-centered design approach within the organization.

8. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.

 

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and process.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

7. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

2. Familiarity with motion design principles and tools.

3. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

4. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment

5. Understanding of difference between B2C and B2B design requirements
