Marketing Officer

Salary : RM3,000 (Basic) 
Location: No. 8A, Jalan 13/6, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday(Flexible schedule - 40 hours per week)
  1. 7.45am - 4.45pm
  2. 9.30am - 6.30pm

Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can renew the contract subject to performance and business requirements, potential for renewal / extension)

Allowance:  
Annual Bonus & Increment – depending on performance.
Local & Oversea Traveling - Claimable
Follow Robert Company entitlement / as per Company travel expenses. Candidate will be required to visit external customers & will be required to submit traveling (i.e petrol mileage, accommodation, meals etc..) claim to PERSOLKELLY

Mobility Strategy, Marketing and Sales division is the regional expert for ASEAN (focusing on Malaysia) to reflect current market situation for automotive sector and forecast. Division conducts automotive market essential and business data, drafts regional strategy and compile into reports which managers and executive management can use. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating, Analyzing, and validating indicators in automotive industry 
• Using business analysis, flow chart, activity diagram, document analysis, workflow analysis for validating indicators in automotive industry
• Conducting monthly Automotive Markel Report (AMR) to reflect short term and long term market situation and planning forecast and preparing database for which sales divisions will further use 10 reflect their sales/business planning
• Support the Marketing Automotive Regional planner for the annual Automotive Market Prognosis (AMP) planning and coordinating with the GBs and central planners
• Monitor the regulatory/government policy/investment framework and identify the impact  for company automotive business
• Responsible for internal and external marketing communication with C/CGR-AS and MBL (Sales division marketing team) to support BBM GBs and SOE for the automotive business growth

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, or Economics (Open for fresh graduates)
• Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI 
• Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills 
• Strong commination skill in English
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in business intelligence or automotive industry (Optional)
• Must have 1 years of experience working as business analyst or data base analyst (Optional)
