Job Description • Proficiency in ERP software implementation, configuration, customization and integration. Knowledge of database management, programming language and system architecture. • Manage and oversee the implementation of organization’s ERP related application system and equipment. • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, analyses and resolves incidents/requests regarding use of application software or hardware. • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users who are experiencing issues with software applications. • Work closely and coordinate IT project activities with internal departments and external vendors. • Conduct application training session, maintain training material to educate users and create documentation on user guide. • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business objectives. Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and experience building complex data models within Power BI. • Experience in managing Microsoft Azure portal and have a good understanding of various Azure portal services. • Continuous improvement to promote organization’s IT infrastructure and apply IT security controls from various aspect to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. • Provide IT administrative support activities and assistance to users. • Performing any other IT related duties assigned. Role Requirement • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 2- 3 years of working experience in related field. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • SQL queries & Database fundamental background to understand both functional and technical specifications • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to work with minimum supervision. • Willing to travel overseas whenever necessary. • Team player. • Malaysia citizen. • Able to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam if required on short term business trip basis. Traveling allowance, hostel/hotel, transport and meal will be provided.
