Responsibilites:

• Manage incoming IT support requests via phone calls and other communication channels, addressing network, hardware, and software issues within the Level 1 scope of responsibilities.
• Supporting Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam & Taiwan.

Location: Bangsar
Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 + Allowances & Incentives. Gross Salary min up to RM3000

Working Days: MONDAY to FRIDAY
Workign Hour: between 5AM - 6PM (8 working hours, 1 hour break)

Requirements:

• FRESH GRAD Diploma / Degree in IT
• SPM atleast 3 years and above experience
• ABLE to communicate in Mandarin
• Posses own transportation as working outside public transport hour
• Familiar with TAIWAN Zhuyin Keyboard
