Responsibilities:

  • Administer user access rights and permissions based on predefined roles and responsibilities. (Providing Level 1.5 - 2 Support)
  • Review access requests and verify the legitimacy of access requirements.
  • Grant, modify, or revoke user access as per established procedures and policies.
  • Ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts upon employee onboarding, transfer, or departure.
  • Investigate incidents related to access rights and take appropriate remedial actions.
  • Document access management processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers and colleague on access management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company or team leader as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to performance metrics to meet SLA targets.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must be able to speak and write fluent Japanese language as role requires to deal with the clients in Japan.
  • Previous experience in IT access management, identity, and access management (IAM).
  • Technical knowledge/expertise to support technical related queries and trouble shooting.
  • Proficiency in access control principles, authentication methods, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign On).
  • Familiarity with ticket management tools and technologies (e.g., SNOW, SALESFORCE, Microsoft privileged access management solutions).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess access-related risks and implement appropriate controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a Level 1 service desk or technical support process providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / Application etc.
  • Able to work 5 days per week with 8 hours per day.
