Installer Management & Coordinator Operations Specialist

Responsibilities;

  • Engage with vendors regularly for work and performance discussions.
  • Resolve operational issues with cross-functional teams for better customer experience.
  • Verify and manage monthly invoices and claims with vendors.
  • Optimize installation processes and reduce unsuccessful orders.
  • Manage installers' merchandise and improve service frameworks and platform enhancements.

Requirement;

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with internal processes/systems in the installer fiber ecosystem.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Experience engaging with installer partners/vendors for improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel, and experience in operations work, including invoice verification
  • Preferably warehouse/inventory management.
